Logan Leather: ‘Opinion on Men in Leather Jeans’

“Why do I cook in leather pants? Because I’m comfortable wearing them.”

From Logan Leather

First of all, I think The Lizard King Jim Morrison would’ve been proud of this guy’s leather wardrobe, especially the leather jeans. After all The Lizard King put leather jeans on the map in America. They are still not as popular as denim jeans for either men or women, at least outside of rocker or biker culture and yes gay culture. And skinny leather jeans are not as popular as skinny denim jeans even with American women. But without Jim Morrison, leather jeans might me as popular as fur coats in July in Arizona, or full-length head to toe dresses that were common in the 19th Century.

This guy also make a good practical point about wearing what makes you happy. Logan is a biker so leather jeans aren’t exactly a stretch for him. Bikers men and women wear leather jeans on a regular basis. For practical and for style reasons. They protect the biker’s legs and keeps them worn in cold weather. They have a great feel on the bike especially on long rides. And they look great on bikes similar to denim jeans for men and women. And this guy is obviously very comfortable in them, like the look and can afford them, so why not.

From Blueberry

I love leather jeans and checking out sexy women in them and just wish more American women wore them. Especially straight women and without Jim Morrison, they might not be around at all in America. At lest not for men and perhaps women either. He put leather jeans on the map, because he was a famous entertainer obviously as the frontman for The Doors and wore them everywhere and really everyday for about two-year period from 1967-69. His famous look and outfit for that period is his black leather suit and his cowboy boots. He wore both suede boots and black leather cowboy boots with his leather jeans and a black leather suit jacket and of course his concho belt. When he performed, but in his other public appearances and in his casual life as well.

And The Lizard King inspired a lot of men and women to wear leather jeans and boots as well. And leather jackets with their jeans and boots. The 1980s with heavy metal and hard rock revolution, perfect example of that. Joan Jett in the 1970s and 80s and still today, sports her leather jeans and jacket just about wherever she goes. And of course hard rock bands like Guns N Roses from the 1980s, Motley Crew, The Scorpions, Vixen and others. You see a lot of leather, especially leather jackets, boots and leather jeans with their look. Alannah Myles from the 1990s and Melissa Etheridge from the 90s and still today, performers who wear a lot of leather. Jackets, boots and jeans. Leather jeans are just like denim jeans. They are jeans and generally very tight jeans, just made from leather instead of denim.

The only thing with leather jeans, especially the skin-tight or skinny leathers, is that you have to be careful with them. You are more exposed and out in the open with them. Most people men and women wear their leather jeans either with a short top or shirt tucked in. Similar to how women wear skinny denims. For obvious reasons, but to show how their butts, legs and tushes looks in them. But a man is pretty vulnerable up front so to speak and if he put himself out in the open upfront and if gets excited sexually, as Jim Morrison did on national TV in his leather suit on Ed Sullivan, the whole world will know about it. But if you find the right pair that looks good on you and fits and don’t leave yourself overexposed, they will be a great way for you to highlight your body.

Heartbeat For Us: Live With Regis and Kathie Lee- Stefanie Powers (1989)

“Stefanie Powers – Live with Regis & Kathie Lee 1989”

From Heartbeat For Us

Stefanie Powers reminds me of Raquel Welch. Once you see and hear her its hard not to love her once you see and listen to her because of how gorgeous and cute she is and how she sounds. When I see her speak and in a movie, or Tv show, I’m always focused more on here face. Especially her cheeks, dimples and eyes, instead of what she’s saying. And concentrate on how she sounded, instead of what she actually said.

Stefanie has an incredible face as well as voice. Gorgeous and baby-faced adorable at the same time with a great voice. And yet she doesn’t sound or look like a little girl. Unlike Jayne Mansfield, who was always a teenage girl to me, despite her hot sexy looks. But Stefanie Powers, looks, sounds like and is a gorgeous sexy woman. Who has always been as cute as a button and who is also a hell of an actress with a long successful career.

Betty Boots: Cowboy Boots For Women

Source: The Daily Post

For a cowgirl to be a cowgirl or at least a sexy cowgirl, she needs the right cowgirl boots that fit and allow for her to be a successful cowgirl. I don’t think cowgirls are cowgirl without the right cowgirl boots. And they go so well with tight denim jeans and leather jeans which are so common with cowgirls and cowboys. They are something the cowgirl simply needs to have to be a real cowgirl. Which is something I think the women in this video understands. And knows exactly what are the right cowgirl boots for her and knows what boots go with her jeans when she’s doing her cowgirl and western activities. This is just one example of why guys who aren’t cowboys and who grow up in an urban big city environment such as myself love cowgirls. Because of their style and how they present themselves and how they also take care of themselves.

Reason Party: Oxford Union Debate: Is America The Land of The Free?

.
Source:The Daily Post

Back in the 1960s America was the land of the free the home of the brave. But for very few people with African-Americans being forced to essentially live in an authoritarian state. And live as servants to the majority of the population and not as free Americans. But where would America be without hundreds of years of free slave labor from the Africans that the European-Americans got by kidnapping them from Africa. And brought over to America to work for free. Its one thing to pay illegal immigrants slave wages and pay them under the minimum wage. But that is still better than not being paid at all.

People especially on the Right in America always talk about wealth redistribution and transfers of wealth from wealthy people to the less-fortunate, as that is some type theft or something. But what about the hundreds of years of wealth redistribution that happened in North America from African’s to Europeans. Europeans living well and living wealthy and a big part of that having to do with the fact they got free labor from African slaves. That is the biggest redistribution from one people to another in American history.

This is not a debate about whether America is a great country or not, or what we stand for as a country and people is great or not. Probably only the Far-Left thinks we are not a great country with great people. And the Far-Right thinks that only they are great and represent the best of America. This is a debate about whether the principles of what America is supposed to stand for and what we represent, the basic idea of individual freedom and does that benefit everyone or not. And the answer to that is of course it doesn’t, because we have so many Americans who simply don’t live in freedom, but subsidize Americans who do.

ABC News: This Week: Striking Syria This Week’s Roundtable

This Week
Source:FRS FreeState

President Barack Obama, in the political battle of his life trying to make the case two years late in my point of view. We should’ve been debating and talking about military intervention in Syria in 2011. Which would’ve saved million of lives. But as the saying goes, it is what it is. And President Obama is in the political situation that he is today and will have to make a very good case. To avoid losing embarrassing votes this week in Congress. The case for going into Syria, is like that in the Balkans in the 1990s. Bosnia and then later Kosovo. Saving innocent lives from being murdered by their own government. And giving the Syrian rebels a fighting chance, literally, to take on the Assad Regime and hopefully defeat them. And bring a more responsible government to Syria that can hopefully be represented of the country. And govern Syria responsibility. But we do nothing, innocent Syrians will continue to be murdered by their own government. Why the West says that’s awful and you shouldn’t do that. But without the, stones to do anything to stop them.

Russia Today: The Resident: American Monarchy, It’s Time

.
Source:Free State MD

First of all I’m not sure this commentator was being completely serious or not. And just giving a satiric editorial about the American political system and perhaps I just didn’t find it very funny. So what I’m going to do is write what I think about what she said as if she was completely serious and not out to lunch and never came back, perhaps kidnapped or whatever and having a good excuse for not reporting back to work. Which is how off the wall of a proposal this sounds like to me. For the sake of this post, the problem with America is not the political system and certainly not the United States Constitution.

But the people who are in it and operate it including the voters. When you combine bad dumb voters, especially when they vote often and if you are familiar with America, you know that dumb voters tend to vote the most, but with voters like this, you tend to get bad politicians in the crooked sense. But great politicians in the sense they know how to get reelected and who they need to vote for them to get reelected. So I can’t feel sorry for people who vote for bad people and then complain about the public officials they voted for.

Call me crazy and I’m sure you will any way, but I don’t feel sorry for voters like that. Because as George Carlin said over and over we get what we vote for. So we have bad people who are bought off in charge of our political system. But who wouldn’t be there had it not of been for the dumb people who voted for them in the first place. So the first problem with American politics is the people in power. But again those people who are in power were voted into office. So the solution is to stop voting for the same people. And vote for people who care about the country and their constituents at least a lot more than the special interests who bankrolled their campaigns. So what we need in America is an educated voting public. Not a dictatorship.

The Book Archive: Book TV’s Afterwords- Sir David Frost on The Frost Nixon Interviews 2007

Source:The FreeState

By 1977 Richard Nixon was a dead politician basically just looking to find relevancy again and get back on the national stage. He obviously was still alive physically, but his political career was dead and was a retired politician in his mid-sixties when even back then people with long public service careers in America were still working. Still holding a seat in public office, working in a cabinet, teaching somewhere, working as a consultant, like at a think tank. Perhaps writing a weekly column and hosting a radio show, or serving as an analyst for one of the network news divisions. Dick Nixon had none of that before the Frost/Nixon interviews.

As much as Americans and perhaps people around the world may have wanted to get inside of Dick Nixon’s head and hear what he thought about his own presidency and what was going on his own political mind and mind in general, Nixon needed for his own sake to get back on the national scene. To contribute to something that was seen as constructive, if not actually be doing these things. David Frost was essentially a news comedian and satirist at this point looking to get into hard news and make a name for himself there. And gets the idea about trying to interview the one man who no one has successfully interviewed. At least in a long time and find out what President Nixon went through as President.

What you get from the Frost/Nixon interviews is a look inside of perhaps the most fascinating American politician. At least in modern history, a man who was brilliant really about anything he ever worked on and yet had this other paranoid side about him that made him do horrible things to people. And to the country as far as he ran his own White House and perhaps administration overall. And these are really interviews that you need to see for yourself. But Frost someone who was a news satirist before he interviewed Nixon might have been the only man to get Nixon to open up the way he did. And actually talk about his own involvement and the Watergate coverup.

Terrie Hawkes: In Tight Leather Jeans in Boots

Jeans in Boots

Source:The Daily Press– Leather jeans in boots, on the left.

Source:The Daily Press

“Terrie Hawkes walking in tight leather pants and boots.” Originally from Terrie Hawkes, but the video has since been deleted or blocked on YouTube.

Didn’t get to see the face of Terrie Hawkes, whoever she is and if I’m ignorant about that, I apologize, but we didn’t get to see her face until the end of this video. But the quick look of her, she looks like a gorgeous blonde and of course with a great body. Tall and well-built, with the perfect outfit to highlight those features.

The skin-tight leather jeans in boots and with a great walk to show people who she looks and sexy she is. And I just love women who know they are sexy and proud that others see that as well. I just would’ve made this video at least two-minutes longer with the same woman and the same outfit and gotten to see more of her face and you would’ve gotten a very good look at her face and body in the same shots in that great outfit.

The tight leather jeans in boots that she pulls off perfectly and about as well as it can be done. I just wish she did it longer and this would’ve been a great sexy, but tasteful video of a gorgeous sexy women in a very stylish outfit and not looking like a porn star.

HBO: Real Time With Bill Maher- New Rules Socialism

Socialists
This post was originally posted at FRS FreeStates Plus

I hate the debate socialism vs. capitalism, because that is like debating between the wishbone offense and the cover two defense, which is better. Well that is not a real debate, because the wishbone is an offense and the cover two is a defense. They are different things, socialism is a political philosophy with yes an economic component to it. But with also positions on social issues, foreign policy and national security. And there are a wide-variety of Socialists like there are different Libertarians.

There are yes Socialists who believes in state-owned enterprise, where the state owns the economy without a private sector. But there are also Socialists who are capitalist, but in a socialist sense. With a large and productive private sector mixed in with a generous welfare state, financed by high taxes. And regulations of the private sector which is common in Europe. But we also have Socialists like that in America in and outside of the Democratic Party what would be called the Far-Left in American politics.

And those Socialists hangout in coffee houses and wear Berets and read and listen to French poetry and perhaps have posters of Carl Marx in their communitarian bedrooms that they share with other people. Just like the Marxist Socialists and Communists. Because they share similar values, even when they differ on economic policy. Those Socialists I call Social Democrats, people who want private enterprise to finance a gigantic King Kong size welfare state to treat people like children and manage their economic affairs for them.

The fact is all successful developed countries in the world that are all Democratic by the way, are all capitalist with private enterprise economies, as well as socialist. They all have productive private sectors and they all have welfare states or safety nets, including America. That provides social services for people who need them. It’s just that in America is a bit different and we do not rely on the state to take care of as much when it comes to the economy.

Americans tend to not want a big government to babysit us and manage our economic affairs and treat us like little children. As Uncle Sam manages our lives for us. We tend to believe that Americans once they have the necessary life skills, they can manage their own affairs for themselves. The closeted Socialists in America who like to call themselves Progressives, or even worst Liberals, which would like be calling Rick Santorum or Jerry Falwell a Libertarian, who tend to believe Americans are stupid. And need Uncle Sam to manage our affairs for us with a King Kong size unlimited big government.
